Reading Comprehension: three witty jokes.

A witty joke, as it stands, means a group of words packed with funny wisdom or heavy sarcasm. The way I see it, a witty joke is supposed to carry a bag of short amusing words played with a deep sense of humor, and perhaps with a surprise ending in its essential elements. The following conversations serve the main purpose of what a real witty joke sounds like.

Get ready to be amused! :)

1.

"Wise men are always in doubt. Only idiots are sure of their case."

"Are you sure of that?"

"Yes, absolutely."

2.

"I thought you were dead."

"What gave you that impression?"

"I heard a man speak well of you this morning."

3.

"Hubby, do you love me?"

"Yes."

"How much do you love me?"

"How much do you need?"
